Based on these interactions with the leadership team, we develop a document that is used as one of our primary recruiting tools in the marketplace. Through focused research and utilization of our combined networks, we reach out and engage with top performers. We continue to assess potential candidates via a variety of methods, including a face-to-face meeting prior to any on-site interviews with our clients.

Throughout the entire search process, we provide regular, detailed feedback so you know the status of the search.
